Went in looking for a convertible VW Beetle, he showed me everything they had and let me test drive what i wanted. He was very polite and helpful. We bought the car of my dreams in full right then, they made sure that everything was good to go and all clean for me. He was very clear that I would be walking away with my car keys, the proof of sale and a temp paper license day of, and that i would be getting the title, registration, and plates in the mail from the dmv in a couple of weeks. I have now gotten everything with no issues! Even when i thought there was something wrong with the car battery 2 days after i bought it, i sent him a message and he said he would take a look at it for me (it didnt have anything wrong and thankfully didnt have to take it to be looked at lol)Very professional and kind people! I havent had any issues with my car at all and owner is very responsive, friendly, and personable! 10/10 service

We recently had a terrific experience buying from ZRV Auto (Jan. 2026). ZRV had a hard-to-find car that my daughter had hoped for as her first vehicle: a 2010 VW Beetle. We had pre-planned travel to be in Brea from Northern California, and Zora and his family helped us navigate starting the buying process long distance. When we arrived, the car was waiting for us and was 100% what we expected from our calls and photos. The car was super clean! We had an independent mechanic check the car out and they said it was in really great shape. The paperwork process was fast and organized, and truly one of the easiest car-buying experiences.We appreciated Zora and his family's professionalism, willingness to help us buy a car (as opposed to trying to sell us a car), and the post-purchase follow up. Great customer service, honest and fair!

I purchased a car for my daughter over the holidays. Working with ZRV Auto was a pleasurable experience. They have lots of cars to choose from in their inventory. They are very upfront and no pressure Sales team. We are able to come and view the car take it for a test drive and be able to go home and think about our decision.. There is no haggle to try to get us to stay and buy on the spot or implying we would be missing out. Even after buying the car, we had a couple bugs to work out. ZRV was fantastic about honoring a quality car and they took care of the issues.. My daughter is very happy with her new car and newly gained independence. I would recommend to anybody to feel confident about purchasing a vehicle through ZRV Auto.

Recently bought a vehicle from Zora here at ZRV auto he was attentive, helpful and transparent throughout the entire walk around and carfax report breakdown he referred to experian car report as well to show me the accuracy of the Maintenance records and vehicle ownership history. the purchase was extremely easy he made calls to the bank to get everything squared away for the loan I had to do very little, normally buying vehicles is a headache but I will be sure to buy from zrv again if I need another vehicle it was a pleasure to do business. Very helpful guy.
