I bought my BMW from ZRV a year ago and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I spent over two months shopping around looking for the right car and I found it at ZRV. Going through the paperwork was a breeze and not what you'd expect from any other dealership. I've since sent other family members to them for their car purchase.

I’m not sure what some of the people who have complained are talking about. There is some that even if you gave them a car they would complain that you didn’t fill it up. My wife and I have purchased maybe 6 cars from ZRV and have never had a problem with the service, honesty or integrity of this company. Our last purchase was a 2001 Black Mercedes C300 in pristine condition. It was sold to us at a fraction of what they could have gotten for it. We have been treated as if we were family members by this company. You can get new or used cars from ZRV. We will never go to a dealership again to purchase a car. I can not believe how flexible, available, and friendly these sales representatives were. I hate to even call them that, as they were more like advisors. The Mazdaspeed Miata I purchased from them was in amazing condition, and runs better than any car I have ever owned. They were completely honest with me and I'll never go anywhere else to purchase a car, as every car I saw in their inventory was in surprising condition. I would recommend ZRV to anyone.

My credit is not perfect. I was turned down a few times by car dealers or I would pay an arm and a leg just to get a decent car. And even treated like a criminal. I am not a bad person, I just had credit issues due to lay-offs. I was giving up and would just settle for a cheap car. Until I came across ZRV. Zora was a gentleman and treated me and my wife with much respect. He helped me get the best deal for the kind of credit I had. Now I am driving a Lexus GS400 which is in prestine / like new condition all the gadgets are working and not one flaw you can find. The price I paid for this car my friends can not believe. I have one guy offering to buy it from me. I would have paid thousands more elsewhere but I got a very good deal.

Great great experience! Zora was lovely to work with...he made the process quick and easy with zero pressure. We bought a beautiful 2004 530i BMW. Zora was very honest, he pointed out the few very minor cosmetic flaws and made sure we knew exactly what we were buying. I purchased a 1999 BMW Z3M recently and got nothing but excellent customer service from ZRV. I was coming from the Bay Area so the pictures and phone conversation with Zora were critical. We even negotiated my trade-in over the phone and by the time I arrived to ZRV the car was ready for me. It's being almost three weeks and I'm enjoying my new car as Zora told me I will.
